The history of NetRecruitingNetRecruiting is part of HR Consulting Associates ("HRCA"). HRCA was founded in 1991, and has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality bespoke HR consultancy services to clients in many industry sectors. The client base includes PLC "household names", and equally valued smaller enterprises. Our intention has always been - and will remain - to focus on the very highest professional standards. In 2001, in partnership with a colleague consultancy specialising in diversity, we set up CoPeople Surveys (www.copeople.co.uk ). This business is, again, a niche supplier of very high quality customised employee surveys, with some very impressive clients. To the best of our knowledge, no client who has ever used the survey services has subsequently chosen an alternative supplier. We have since 1998 been providing internet recruitment support to a few clients as part of their overall recruitment strategy. The market is, in our opinion, now both mature and representing excellent value. Of course there is a "lot of rubbish", and lots of fantasy promises. But well managed as part of an integrated recruitment policy, there are significant benefits. Hence our decision to positively extend the service to new clients through NetRecruiting. |
