Our history

Our background (and parent company) is a well-regarded specialist HR consultancy founded in 1991.

We increasingly wondered why clients were paying significant recruitment agency fees for candidates resourced through Internet job boards.

Accordingly we developed NetRecruiting as an online recruitment advertising service for clients.  We still provide this:

• We design and place recruitment advertisements on appropriate "job boards”, manage the applications (filtering according to criteria agreed with our client), and deliver the results to the client.  Service goes far beyond press advertising, where your advertising agency (or you directly) will place an advertisement but then have to handle all the response, especially the time-consuming initial screening and rejections.

We are part of an established HR consultancy.

We provide managed recruitment services for our clients.

Although covered by employment agency law, we seek to behave very differently from typical employment agencies.

New services

In 2008 we started providing a full recruitment management service for clients.  The complete recruitment cycle from initial role & candidate specification through advertising, search, Interviewing / assessment, even reference checking if required.

Why ... Although Internet advertising is highly successful in delivering "validated CV's" & the service handles some of the admin, clients wanted more.  In essence, the complete comprehensive hands-on service they would have liked to receive from employment agencies (yet seldom had this experience), but at modest & realistic cost rather than extortionate fees.

• The service is totally scalable. We provide whatever is required.
• Our fees are dramatically lower than typical employment agencies.
• Client feedback on quality & added value has been excellent.
• "Full-service" is now the majority of our work.

What's the benefit

Cost saving.  Depending on the services selected, we would expect to save clients between 40% & 70% of typical agency fees.

Quality.  We are not in the business of "pushing CV's".  We are in the business of professional resourcing services.

Partnership.  We are working on behalf of a client to deliver their resourcing objectives, not hassling for assignments & constantly sending speculative CV's.

Joined up. Because this is part of a broader HR consultancy, we can, where needed, give comprehensive employment advice & psychometric assessment.
