What do we do for our clients
We are not a recruitment
agency.
We manage internet
recruitment advertising for you. We design and place recruitment
advertisements on appropriate "job boards”, manage the applications
(filtering according to criteria agreed with our client), and deliver the
results to the client. Service goes far beyond press advertising,
where your advertising agency (or you directly) will place an advertisement
but then have to handle all the response, especially the time-consuming
initial screening and rejections.
Although we aim to
provide a straightforward and above all cost-effective core service, we also
offer a menu of additional services.

parent company) is a well-regarded specialist HR consultancy founded in
1991.
What's the benefit
Cost saving. We would expect effectively managed Internet recruitment
to save in the order of 60-70% or more compared with placing all
vacancies with recruitment agencies. Others make more extravagant
promises.
Quality. The internet should access active job hunters, and far more
than a press advertisement. The larger the pool, the better the
chances of finding on-spec applicants.
But - Internet recruitment will not fill all posts. It should be
treated as an integral but highly cost effective part of an overall
recruitment strategy; it is our responsibility to work with clients to
achieve optimum benefit.
Just remember that
the first step for most recruitment agencies is to place your vacancy on job
boards. If you are surprised at this, just look at a page on, for
instance Monster – search on say “sales” and see who is doing the
advertising!

No. In the last 12 months we
have been involved in several 6 figure appointments via Internet channels.
But realistically, if you are a plc looking for a main board director, you
should probably be considering one of the main headhunters.

Yes. Internet recruitment is
not so effective, nor always cost-effective, for more junior staff.
Administrative, clerical, retail assistants, junior hospitality/catering,
production and other "blue-collar" roles are not so well covered/used by
Internet recruitment media. An exception is central London/City for
secretarial/PA roles. We can advise.
